
In 2018, the ADP Group recorded a +7.6% increase in traffic at all its airports, surpassing the Spanish company Aena.
In 2018, ADP Group's turnover increased by 24% to €4.478 billion and EBITDA by 25% to €1.961 billion. 281 million passengers passed through its airports, which are currently undergoing rapid international development. In May, it acquired part of the Turkish group TAV Airports, which operates the second largest airport in Antalya with 26 million passengers in 2017.
Two offices were also opened - Hong Kong and New York - to continue the group's expansion in these continents.
The Spanish group Aena follows in the ranking in terms of number of number of passengers handled, but records a decrease in number of passengers by nearly 6%, from 280 million in 2017 to 263.7 million in 2018.
Next comes Fraport AG of Germany, which benefits from the good results of Frankfurt Airport (+7.8% in 2018 compared to 2017), as well as its 14 Greek infrastructures (+8.9%) and welcomes a total of 238.8 million passengers in 2018.
Finally, the other French company Vinci Airports, which expanded its activities in 2013 by acquiring Portugal's ten airports, is approaching the symbolic 200 million mark with 195.2 million passengers handled in 2018.
