Hotel Groups and Chains’ supply in Benelux: leaders are growing in the Netherlands, Accor and Jin Jiang boost their supply in Belgium

One thing is for certain: operators are finding it challenging to shore up their presence in both markets simultaneously. Minor, which is booming in the Netherlands, is falling back in Belgium. Accor is consolidating its supply in Belgium but slowing down in the Netherlands. Jin Jiang is stabilizing in the Netherlands but exploding in Belgium, where it has become the new number two.

In the Netherlands, Van der Valk maintains and strengthens its leading position with two additional hotels, representing a 2.4% increase in its number of rooms.
