Emirati brand Rove Hotels has moved into the branded residential housing and serviced residences market with the launch of Rove Home. The brand has also introduced its first project in the segment, Rove Home Aljada.
The Rove Home brand will operate as an extension of the Rove brand within the branded residence sector.
Rove Home Aljada is a residential development in the Aljada community, located in the city of Sharjah. It constitutes the brand’s very first location.
The property’s units will go on sale in the coming weeks. Its offering consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Additional purchasable services include housekeeping, in-room dining, laundry, and more.
The property is part of the larger Aljada development, which features retail, leisure, educational, and dining facilities, as well as a main park and family entertainment district designed by Zaha Hadid Architects.
Rove has announced its intentions to construct more Rove Home properties in the future.
