The group has announced the opening of its new residence, Le Sylène. Located on Las Ramblas, near the beaches of Le Môle and La Roquille, it is Nemea's second establishment in the Languedoc-Roussillon region.
Le Sylène is composed of apartments ranging from studios to 4 bedrooms, spread over four buildings. They can accommodate 2 to 8 people, and are all equipped with a balcony or a terrace. It features heated outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam, a whirlpool and a gym.
The residence has been built in a sustainable manner, including a marine geothermal system, which uses sea water to heat and cool the flats. The modern, round and curved architecture of the structure was designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte and blends in with the 100% pedestrianised green neighbourhood of Cap d'Agde, where it is located.
With Le Sylène, we are delighted to offer holidaymakers a top-of-the-range establishment, with the quality services that have built the reputation of the Nemea group. Le Sylène is an eco-responsible residence and reflects Nemea's commitment to sustainable development. Ecology is at the heart of the group's future projects.
