Marriott International, Inc. has signed a real estate management agreement with Gulf Islamic Investments to open The Lucan, Autograph Collection Residences in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The redeveloped site will be the brand’s very first standalone property and is expected to welcome residents from 2024.
The residence will contain 31 homes that range from one-, two- and three-bed units as well as a signature penthouse. The interiors of The Lucan, Autograph Collection Residences will be designed by the British luxury studio Rive Gauche. Additional amenities will include a gym, a 24-hour valet service and underground parking.
Residents will also benefit from extra hotel-style benefits such as housekeeping, personal trainers, pet care and floristry as well as access to the concierge service’s network of chefs, personal shoppers and events.
Marriott has ambitious growth plans for the residential sector and expects to grow its global portfolio in the segment by 60% in the next three years. The group’s 16 residential brands currently have almost 225 open and pipeline projects across the world.
