Accor and Allenord group partnership

Accor, has forged a partnership with Allenort Group to bring forth a new hotel and service complex in Gdynia, marking the introduction of the Mövenpick standard in the city's heart.

Set to be situated in Gdynia's central locale by the sea, this upcoming facility will deliver hotel services, offering 176 rooms designed for both tourists and business travelers.

The planned features encompass a range of services, including a diverse F&B offer, conference and banquet halls, spa facilities with a pool and treatment rooms, and underground parking.

The project, is part of Accor's endeavors to bolster the Swiss premium brand's footprint in Poland. Collaborating with the Allenort Group, Accor aims to inaugurate the Mövenpick Hotel Gdynia, forming an integral part of a comprehensive hotel-service complex.

Allenort Group expands its operation to the hospitality industry. After almost 20 years of active operations in the medical sector, the company is setting a new premium challenge - a large luxury hotel and service complex in the most prestigious location in Gdynia. The premise of the investment is to create a new city center and give the residents of Gdynia a leisure infrastructure that is friendly to their lives. We are betting on Accor - this is a unique place, and that's why it needs to be given to the best professionals to manage. -Dr. Grzegorz Goryszewski President of Allenort Group.

Planned for development at 13 Jana Pawla II Avenue, the complex will comprise two interconnected buildings: Mövenpick Hotel Gdynia with 176 rooms and Waterhall Residence apartments. Mövenpick Hotel Gdynia is envisioned to house two restaurants, a sky bar, a conference center spanning 460 sqm, and a spa area with indoor pool facilities and treatment rooms, all complemented by an underground parking facility.

The location and character of the new facility perfectly correspond to the vision of hospitality promoted by the Mövenpick brand, which derives from the tradition of Swiss hospitality. The hotel and residence complex being built by our partner gracefully relates to the architectural identity of Gdynia and will undoubtedly become one of the most distinctive elements of its waterfront. I am convinced that Mövenpick Hotel Gdynia will appeal to travelers from all over the world who visit the Tri-City in large numbers - Jacek Stasikowski, Accor Development Director in Poland.

Strategically located on the waterfront at Kosciuszko Square, Mövenpick Hotel Gdynia will be in proximity to the South Pier.

We look forward to the moment when Mövenpick Hotel Gdynia welcomes its first guests. Our facilities will perfectly fit into the modernist landscape of the city and meet the expectations of modern travelers and residents. Thanks to our cooperation with the Accor Group, we will not only offer world-class services but also implement the sustainable development solutions developed by our partner - Dr. Grzegorz Goryszewski President of the Allenort Group.

Anticipated to open its doors in 2026, Mövenpick Hotel Gdynia, a premium brand within the Accor Group, emphasizes sustainability in leisure, alongside food and beverage offerings.
