The hotel group announced the launch of its service IHG Assist, with a goal to meeting the concerns of business travelers regarding their safety during travel to high-risk destinations.
IHG Assist has three services: IHG Assist Groups & Meetings Service, a 24/7 hotline to answer questions and respond to concerns of clients in terms of security for their travel; IHG Security Consultations, to allow clients to evaluate travel risks with a professional member of IHG's international security staff; and Guest Location Services, to allow customers to locate their employees during an crisis situation.
