Across all hotels in Spain, in collaboration with Quirónsalud, NH Hotel Group provides a free medical service to its guests during their stay.
Within this service, multilingual face-to-face and telephone health assistance is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The agreement also provides for the transfer of the patient by ambulance to the nearest Quirónsalud hospital if the situation requires it, as well as a premium hospital assistance service with accompaniment, without language barriers.
Among other measures, they have a certified antigenic test whose results are available within 15 minutes. This service is free of charge in Germany for German customers, while for customers of other nationalities it costs 30 €.
These are some of the proposals of NH's "Feel Safe" project, which consists of a set of health measures to ensure the safety of the group's customers, employees and suppliers.
