Sustainable Hospitality Alliance

Arabella Hospitality SE joins the Alliance in a will to reinforce its commitment to a sustainable development of its activities and add 3,000 rooms to the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance.

The company, created in 1969, manages 7 properties from Schörghuber Corporate Group and is responsible for 16 locations in Germany, Switzerland and Mallorca under Marriott International brand. Since its first opening in Munich's Arabellapark, the company has developed and rationalized its portfolio. With 11 properties in Germany, 3 in Spain and 2 in Switzerland the company still looks for development opportunities.

By working on water and energy management, sustainable consumption, and the protection of the natural environment in Mallorca, the company started to implement new actions for a more sustainable approach of hospitality.

Karl-Heinz Pawlizki, CEO of Arabella Hospitality SE, said about this membership : “We acknowledge our responsibility to leave behind a better world. We are thrilled to join the Alliance because, we believe, working together on sustainability strengthens our industry and is the most effective way to contribute positively to the environment and the local communities."
