IHCL has taken many measures to promote gender equality, both within and outside the Group, such as extended maternity leave, mandatory childcare, reimbursement of expenses for family enlargement, including IVF treatment, and training for women in underserved communities and regions to improve their participation in the labor market. These efforts have resulted in the development of a talent pool and a higher rate of women throughout the Group.
