A star is always the fruit of hard work for the chef and his brigade. Congratulations to the artisans who are passionate about cooking and who have been awarded one, two or three stars in this 2022 list. A look at the hotel restaurants that have been awarded.

The restaurant Plénitude run by Chef Arnaud Donckele at the Cheval Blanc Paris property was awarded 3 stars a few months after its opening. A " high-flying table " for the Guide.

Second star for Le Duende at Maison Albar Hotels - l'Imperator in Nîmes. A first star awarded in 2021 followed by a second this year for this Hispanic cuisine imagined by Chef Pierre Gagnaire and orchestrated by Chef Nicolas Fontaine.

Another star for the Palais Royal Restaurant in the Evok Collection group. Executive Chef Philip Chronopoulos has been awarded a second star for this property in the heart of Paris, a stone's throw from the Louvre Museum.

The restaurant at Château Lalique was awarded two stars under the direction of Chef Jérôme Schilling.

L'Oiseau Blanc at the Peninsula Paris wins its second star. Chef David Bizet and executive sous chef Frédéric Marquet offer "contemporary French gastronomy", according to the guide. The guide also mentions the talents of pastry chef Anne Coruble.

La Palme d'Or retains its second star at the Hotel Martinez with Chef Christian Sinicropi.

Il Carpaccio, the Italian restaurant at the Royal Monceau Raffles Paris was awarded one star. Chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero offer a cuisine described by the Michelin guide as "Highly mastered, with seductive flavours."

Le Jardin des Sens by chefs Jacques and Laurent Pourcel at the Hôtel Richer de Belleval Relais et Châteaux gets its star.

La Dame de Pic - Le 1920 in the Four Seasons Hôtel Megève also won the grail with Savoyard classics revisited by the chef Anne-Sophie Pic.

The restaurant at the Château de Beaulieu, a Relais et Châteaux property, has been awarded a star under the direction of Chef Christophe Dufossé.

The Grand Contrôle located in the Hôtel des Airelles in Versailles obtains a star under the direction of Chef Alain Ducasse who relies on Chef Stéphane Duchiron.

Les Explorateurs in the Pashmina Le Refuge hotel in Val Thorens keeps its star for the cuisine offered under the leadership of Chef Josselin Jeanblanc.

Ceto at The Maybourne Riviera in Roquebrune Cap Martin was awarded a star under the direction of chef Mauro Colagreco. The menu features the riches of the Mediterranean with products from responsible fishing.

The list of award-winning restaurateurs, passionate about their art, is still long. What all these starred chefs have in common is a cuisine that highlights the product and uses a maximum of local produce. Big names and rising stars who find in their hotel properties the confidence and the framework that allow them to blossom until the consecration.
