The Barrière group is speeding up its international expansion with a new Fouquet's address in Dubai opposite the Burj Khalifa, after having recently opened in New York and Abu Dhabi.
With its 12th Fouquet's address, the second in the United Arab Emirates, Barrière is set to offer a new showcase for its expertise and the famous French art of living.
Located in the heart of the city with a panoramic view of the famous Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest skyscraper, the brasserie is spread over several floors to offer guests a typically Parisian experience, with a café, a brasserie and a rooftop.
With its red velvet armchairs, portraits and wood panelling, Fouquet's Dubai pays homage to the legendary Parisian brasserie with a décor designed by Bruno Borrione, long-time partner of Philippe Starck.
While the property echoes the brand's signature traditional style, it will also offer a unique design that will fit perfectly with the city's DNA.
Guests can also enjoy Café Fouquet's, which once again highlights its Parisian roots. As for the rooftop, it hosts Le Toit, a suspended garden in the heart of the city offering a festive atmosphere in the evening with a cocktail bar.
Finally, on the first floor is the Salon Diane, which offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere on a private floor. The space includes a reception room and a fully equipped meeting room for up to 12 people.
As with all Fouquet's restaurants, the menu at Fouquet's Dubai is based on the principles of a high-end brasserie. Respectful of the land, the menu honours noble and seasonal products through dishes that combine tradition and modernity.
