Michelin has unveiled its new selection in the Michelin Guide France, with a total of 621 starred restaurants, including 27 three-star, 85 two-star and more than 500 one star restaurants. 57 new restaurants join the Michelin Star Family this year.
The 2018 selection has 2 new three-star restaurants.
