Evok has announced the appointment of Dorian Lombart as Group Catering Director. In his new role, he will participate in the opening of new projects for the group.
A graduate of Elysées Alternance where he obtained a degree in HR management and personnel administration, Dorian Lambert has been working in the hotel and restaurant industry since a young age.
Then aged 23, he joined Chef Eric Frechon at Brasserie Lazare as Assistant Director in 2014. Three years later, Lombart participated in the opening of Chef Akrame Benallal's new restaurant. Between 2017 and 2018, he was Assistant Director of Shirvan Café Métisse alongside the double Michelin star chef.
Prior to joining Evok in 2023, Dorian Lombart was appointed Restaurant Director at Brach Paris. A year after joining the restaurant, he was promoted to the position of Catering Director in 2019.
