Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group announces the appointment of Terry Sanders as Chief Development Officer for the Americas.

As Chief Development Officer Americas, Terry Sanders will be in charge of implementing Carlson Rezidor's growth strategy in the region, including strategic investments and merger and acquisition activities. 

“Terry’s extensive experience in franchise development and strategic investments will allow us to grow and strengthen our brands presence in the Americas,” said Ken Greene, President, Americas, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group. Terry Sanders has more than 20 years of experience in the hotel business. He has held several positions within the Wyndham Hotel Group, including Senior Vice President Franchise Sales U.S & Western Canada. He was previously Senior Hospitality Broker at Avison Young.

As a reminder, as of January 1, 2017, HNA and Carlson Rezidor are ranked 11th hotel group worldwide, with 1,181 properties and 188,013 rooms, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
