
Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group continues to restructure its organization and announces the appointment of Andrew Skobe as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carslon Hotel.
With an MBA obtained at the Columbia Business School, Andrew Skobe has a broad experience in the field of finance. He has held a number of senior positions in several industries, including Chief Financial Officer at Icahn Enterprises and more recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in the private portfolio of Croscill Home. He was recently CFO - Consultant with the consulting firm Hudson Charles Consulting LLC.
This appointment follows the creation of a new Global Steering Committee. Composed of representatives from Carlson and Rezidor, it was set up to ensure maximum collaboration between the two entities, which remained independent despite the buy-out of Carlson Hotels by HNA at the end of 2016.
As of January 1, 2016, the Carlson Rezidor group totaled 182,521 rooms in nearly 1,145 properties, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
