Cap Maison Resort & Spa - Cap Estate, Saint Lucia

• Located in the north of Saint Lucia, Cap Maison Resort & Spa offers a retreat with 49 rooms, including 22 suites. Guests can enjoy private pools, ocean views and contemporary cuisine at The Cliff at Cap and The Naked Fisherman.

Château de la Gaude - Aix-en-Provence, France

• A tribute to Provençal life, Château de la Gaude offers an experience combining nature, gastronomy and art. With 20 rooms, including 8 suites, the château offers culinary highlights such as Le Art, Kaiseki, La Source and Le K, set amid French-style gardens and minimalist decor.

Fogo Island Inn - Terre-Neuve, Canada

• Nestled off the coast of Newfoundland, Fogo Island Inn offers a rejuvenating experience with 29 rooms, including 6 suites. The architecture blends into the landscape, and the on-site restaurant seats 30.

Palazzo Ripetta - Roma, Italy

• Housed in a former orphanage in the heart of Rome, in San Baylon and Piazzetta Ripetta, the Palazzo Ripetta blends ancient and contemporary art. With 78 rooms, including 30 suites.

L’AND Vineyards - Montemor o Novo, Portugal

• In the heart of the Alentejo, L'AND Vineyards offers a wine-centred experience with 44 suites, including 7 villas. The architectural design reflects Portuguese and maritime influences, and guests can choose from two culinary options - Restaurant Mapa and Cafe Viagem.

Valverde Santar Hotel & Spa - Santar, Portugal

• Scheduled to open in July 2024, Valverde Santar Hotel & Spa will be located in the Douro Valley. The hotel, with 37 rooms, including 9 suites, will offer seasonal cuisine, a wine bar and a focus on regional dishes.

The Windamere - Darjeeling, India

• Dating back to 1939, The Windamere offers a British colonial experience in Darjeeling. With 39 rooms, including 8 suites, guests can dine in The Dining Room while enjoying period rooms and majestic views of the Himalayas.

The Highlands - Garonga Safari Camp - Makalali Conservancy, South Africa

• Scheduled to open in September 2024, The Highlands immerses guests in the African wilderness. With 6 suites, the camp offers an outdoor dining experience featuring local produce.

Cataloochee Ranch - Great Smoky Mountains, United States

• Scheduled to reopen in March 2024 on the edge of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Cataloochee Ranch has 12 cabins and 6 dinner suites, as well as a restaurant, the Switchback, which can seat 134 guests.

Preferred Hotels & Resorts 

Preferred Hotels & Resorts is celebrating the addition of 15 new addresses to its international portfolio between 1 July and 30 September 2023, six of which are making their debut.

Le Logis - Cognac, France - Collection Legend

Hôtel Manapany - St. Barthélemy - Collection L.V.X.

Hôtel Bellevue - Mali Lošinj, Croatie - Collection L.V.X.
