The group SEML announced the addition of two new residences to the portfolio of the brand Mona Lisa, which it owns.

Consisting mostly of properties in the mountains, the portfolio of the brand Mona Lisa is gaining two new seaside and countryside residences. The group SEML, which owns the brand, has announced the addition of the Hameaux de Camargue (105 apartments) and the Domaine du Golf d'Albret (200 apartments) to its network, which currently has 10 hotels and 23 residences in France.

The arrival of these two new destinations confirms the group's desire to expand through its two leading brands: Mona Lisa and Garrigae. In 2014, it plans to grow its portfolio from four to five properties, including two takeovers in Brittany and the Hérault. The group SEML ended the year 2013 with turnover of 21 million euros, and set a goal to double this result in two to three years.

"We are very satisfied with results from the year 2013 which is only our third fiscal year. Today we want to pursue our development strategy, which distinguishes itself with the opening of new properties, for both the Mona Lisa brand and our new brand Garrigae. We want to make these two entities prosper and continue to expand our tourist offer," explains Pierre Brechard, President of the group SEML.
