Limehome, has announced the opening of its latest location in Vienna, Austria.
This new property, situated on the corner of Favoritenstrasse and Landgutgasse, represents Limehome's largest site in Austria to date, comprising 120 apartments.
“The response to our apartments in Austria is very positive; we achieved an average occupancy rate of around 90 percent last year. We therefore continue to see great potential here to grow even further. The city of Vienna is one of the most important markets for us, as it recorded over 17 million overnight stays in 2023 with an accommodation turnover of over one billion euros. With our new location, we want to convince some of these guests of our concept in the future," - Helene Bugl, Director Expansion Austria, Switzerland and Hungary at limehome.
The unveiling of this flagship project underscores Limehome's strategic growth initiatives in the Austrian market. This property, formerly the Tlapa fashion store, has been reimagined to offer not only apartments but also office and retail spaces on the ground floor.
Spanning seven floors, the Limehome suites feature terraces or balconies in nearly every unit. Additionally, the establishment boasts a common room with a roof terrace on the second attic.
Emphasizing sustainability, Limehome has integrated PV modules on both the facade and roof of the building, aligning with environmentally conscious practices. The company aims for DNGB platinum certification, reflecting its commitment to sustainable development.
