Kempinski has entered into a management agreement with UAE-based real estate company ABA Group Dubai to oversee a collection of high-end branded residences in Dubai Marina, Kempinski Marina Residences, scheduled for completion in early 2028.
Located on one of the last remaining plots in the Dubai Marina district, Kempinski Marina Residences will comprise 453 modern homes, including one- to four-bedroom flats, duplex flats, sky villas and seven penthouse suites.
All residences will feature outdoor terraces, offering panoramic views of the marina and the Dubai skyline. Some units will include additional features such as swimming pools, Jacuzzis and vertical gardens, contributing to the tower's geometric design.
Other features will include a residents' lounge, children's club, gym, fitness centre with indoor and outdoor pools, basketball and paddle courts, landscaped public areas, car parks and retail units.
René Nijhof, Chairman of the Board of Kempinski S.A., and Faisal Alhamer, Managing Director of ABA Group Dubai, recently participated in a signing ceremony, further cementing the collaboration between the two entities.
