Louvre Hotels Group and Heintz Hôtellerie recently celebrated the first stage in the renewal of the Première Classe brand with the inauguration of the Hôtel Première Classe in Freyming-Merlebach.
After two years of renovation work and a substantial investment of almost two million euros, the hotel is ready to welcome guests back, offering a memorable experience at affordable rates.
This renovation is part of the five-year plan announced at the end of 2023 by Louvre Hotels Group, which aims to modernise more than 180 of the economy brand's hotels by 2028.
The Hôtel Première Classe in Freyming-Merlebach, a pioneer in the adoption of the brand's new design, now offers 71 rooms redesigned in a midscale-inspired style, using sustainable materials and paying particular attention to comfort. Standards have been revised to offer superior quality bedding and bright, modernised bathrooms.
As part of the Heintz Hôtellerie group's environmental policy, the hotel has also undergone energy renovation work, with re-insulation from the outside and inside to improve energy efficiency. The reopening of the hotel has also led to the creation of six new jobs, demonstrating the company's commitment to boosting the region's economy.
Located on the Germany-France axis and close to major roads, the Hôtel Première Classe in Freyming-Merlebach caters for a varied clientele, from business travellers to association groups, offering a range of rooms adapted to different needs. It is equipped with self-service terminals and offers catering services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
