
Plaza Athénée in Paris will showcase its first limited-time seasonal restaurant, Les Bancs d’Hiver.
The restaurant, located in the courtyard where the hotel’s ice-skating rink sits, aims to deliver a traditional Alpine dining experience with dishes such as raclette, cream of chestnut soup and mulled wine served at long wooden tables. The dress code is a padded anorak, moon boots, gloves and woolly hat.
