The Park Brand to Double its Room Count

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, which manages The Park brand in India, has launched a $284 million expansion strategy to double its room count to 2,200 rooms in five years.

The development plans include a second hotel in Kolkata (company is also based here), as well as new luxury boutique hotels in the cities of Jaipur, Pune, Goa and Kochi.(Hyderabad Location pictured above)Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels also has plans to enter the serviced-apartments business with its second property in Kolkata, which will have 100 serviced apartments for business travelers. The hotel is slated to open in 2016.
