Palazzo Versace in Australia is put up for sale

Palazzo Versace — Gold Coast, located in Main Beach, Australia, is being put up for sale.

Developer Sunland Group, Surfers Paradise, Australia, is selling the 200-room luxury hotel so the company can focus on residential property. Sunland took 100% ownership the hotel in October in an asset swap deal with Enshaa Group, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, which as part of the deal took full ownership of Palazzo Versace Dubai and D1 Tower, both located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.The sale is being handled by McVay Real Estate, which said it expects the property to sell for around A$80 million (US$82 million).
