The markets to be implemented are Valencia, Seville and Malaga in Spain and Porto in Portugal. A first property already opened in November on the Tunisian coast. Vincci Hotels' portfolio is expected to exceed 40 hotels by 2021.

The properties to come are:

  • A four-star hotel in Valencia (71 rooms) - expected to open in 2021
  • A four-star hotel in Seville (79 rooms and 18 luxury apartments) - expected in 2021

  • A four-star hotel in Porto (96 rooms) - expected at the end of 2020

The fifth hotel fuelling this growth by 2021 has already opened. It is a four-star hotel with 400 rooms in Monastir, Tunisia, formerly a Thomas Cook Group hotel (Sentido Rosa Beach Thalasso & Spa) and renamed as Vincci Rosa Beach Thalasso & Spa. It features several swimming pools, various restaurants, a Spa and a fitness centre. This hotel brings the group's portfolio on Tunisian territory to 7 hotels and 2,345 rooms.

The group currently officially lists 38 properties, including 29 units in Spain, in the cities of Barcelona, Madrid, Cadiz, Tenerife, Bilbao, Granada, Malaga, Valencia and Seville and others, 3 in Portugal, including in Lisbon and Porto, and 6 in Tunisia, including in the island of Djerba and in the cities of Hammamet and Zarzis.
