In Parque da Cidade in Sao Paulo, an urban complex under development in the city, the 29-storey Four Seasons Tower will have 250 rooms and 84 private residences.
It should open this year to customers. Four Seasons Hotel São Paulo at Nações Unidas will join the South American portfolio, which already includes hotels operating in Bogota, Buenos Aires and Costa Rica.
