Six Senses Vallée de la Loire

After its original location in Courchevel, the luxury brand will open a property at the heart of the Loire Valley in the village of Saint-Laurent-Nouan which is on the Loire and next to Chambord, one of the most famous chateaux in the Loire Valley.

The property is slated to open in May 2022 with 88 suites and villas on the Domaine des Bordes which has an international golf course. In 2017, the Domaine opened its 560 hectare property to a real estate programme that will include the new property. This opening will strengthen a very select supply in Europe that that includes just one other property in Portugal.

The Domaine des Bordes will have an equestrian center, tennis courts, an organic farm, an art gallery, a petting farm, and a natural swimming lake ... The property opens itself up as a destination all its own.

Set within a chateau, the property will also have a bar, a restaurant and seminar spaces in addition to the Six Senses wellness center. The spa will have a medicinal garden and an adjoining kitchen garden and Earth Lab.

The project is supported by the London-based fund RoundShield Partners LLP.
