Founded in 2021, Canarian Hospitality announced in May 2022 a pipeline of 12 hotels on the Canary Islands to be opened in the next 5 years.
The hotel management company specialises in leisure tourism and has created its own brand to operate some of its properties: Mynd Hotels. The brand has been built around 8 principles: sustainable tourism, caring for everyone, welcoming everyone, being flexible, digital but also protecting ecosystems and consuming locally. The offer is also geared towards the well-being of guests.
After Adeje, the Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote and MYND Yaiza, a new property has been announced in Fuerteventura to open in 2024. The property will offer 54 flats and a 100-room hotel. The owner of the property, Jandía Esmeralda, has invested 6 million euros in the development of the first phase of the project, namely the 54 residences.
The 54 two- and three-room flats will surround an outdoor swimming pool. Occupants will also have access to a fitness area and a kids club.
In line with Canarian Hospitality's sustainability objectives, Mynd Hoteles has signed a partnership with a local foundation to maintain and conserve the biomass of the Canary Islands.
