The upcoming launch of 'voco Monaco Dubai', is a result of the strategic partnership between The Heart of Europe and IHG Hotels & Resorts.
This partnership marks the launch of the 'Côte d’Azur Monaco Hotel' under the voco brand, now known as 'voco Monaco Dubai'. Scheduled to open its doors in Q1 2024, 'voco Monaco Dubai' comprises 198 rooms. Notably, it will be the first adults-only hotel on an island in Dubai, featuring a variety of suites, including some with private pools.

This project includes features such as underwater living experiences, the climate-controlled Raining Street and the Coral Institute focused on marine conservation.
