Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island
Pullman unveils its latest venture in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), with the rebranding of Marjan Island Resort & Spa as Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island. This landmark occasion signifies the debut of the first Pullman Resort in the UAE and underlines a strategic partnership that further strengthens Accor's commitment to the growth and development of tourism in RAK and its hospitality sector.
Pullman Resort Al Marjan Island opened on 5 February, following a thoughtful refurbishment of its 300 rooms and suites that further aligns the guest experience with the Pullman brand.
Further upgrades are planned throughout the year, with enhanced dining concepts set to launch in the fourth quarter and a guestroom refurbishment programme to follow in early 2025. Currently, the family-run complex is home to five food and beverage outlets offering a variety of cuisines.
Rixos Financial Center Road Dubai Residences
The brand's first standalone residential project, Rixos Financial Center Road Dubai Residences, has been designed in partnership with developer East & West Properties, Driven Properties and Refine Development Management.
Located in Dubai's Downtown district, the property rises 340 metres over 76 floors. Rixos Financial Center Road Dubai Residences will be home to 260 residences, ranging from 1 to 4 bedroom flats to 4 to 5 bedroom duplex penthouses.
The property will feature a range of residential amenities including a Turkish hammam, sauna and treatment rooms from the brand's wellness centre. There will be multiple swimming pools, a rooftop lounge, a ground floor café open to the general public, a private screening room, golf simulator, games room, jogging track, yoga deck, indoor and outdoor fitness room, Rixy kids club, and much more.
