Accor has signed three new hotels in United Kingdom thanks to its partnership with Fragrance Group.
Accor has signed The Municipal Hotel Liverpool – MGallery, Mercure Paignton and Ibis Styles Paignton in partnership with Fragrance Group. In total, 470 new rooms in its UK portfolio. The signing of these three brand new adresses mark the first for the Accor-Fragrance partnership in the Northern European market. An announce that follows the previous opening of 17 hotels in Australia and Singapore.
The Municipal Hotel Liverpool – MGallery will open in 2023, after an extensive conversion of the city’s Grade II listed Municipal Buildings. The heritage structure also as the façade will be renovated and treated. The 189-key project will include a pool, gym, spa and treatment rooms, as well as a restaurant, bar and lounge.
Mercure Paignton will open its door on the third quarter of 2022. This 161-rooms hotel will be a new five-storey rejoining Mercure’s portfolio. Ibis Styles Paignton will land on the last quarter of 2022. It will be located on the seafront and feature a restaurant, bringing Ibis Styles’ UK portfolio to 26 properties. Creativity and playful design are at the heart of both projects.

Fragrance were delighted to sign with Accor to operate these three new hotels currently under construction in the UK.
