The new brand completes its accommodation offer based on aparthotels and coliving and will soon be launched with the inauguration of the Akeah Gran Vía property.
The SmartRental group continues to grow, including with new brands. Thus, at the end of July, Akeah Gran Vía will be the first of this new brand to open its doors in the heart of Madrid.
According to Fernando Rodríguez and Francisco García, the founders of the group, this brand is "destined to set trends, both for its artistic and design commitment and for its two main identity signs: adults only and sustainability".
Akeah Gran Vía, like the new brand's future hotels, will feature artistic decorations such as paintings, design, sculptures and neon lights that will be renewed throughout the year. The main aim is to offer an "Instagrammable" property, which is very much in keeping with the times.
The hotel has 64 double rooms, spread over seven floors, as well as four floors of parking for guests and the general public, as Akeah Gran Vía is also open to locals. The property has been designed as a real living space where guests and locals mix.
The F&B offer, which is very important in the new accommodation line of the SmartRental group, consists of Tilda, a neo-tavern in Madrid run by the chef Mauricio Rodríguez. The same name is given to the rooftop where guests and locals can enjoy the infinity pool with a drink in hand.
