This new hotel, located in the heart of Dubai, is a testament to SLS's commitment to expanding its network of hotels internationally. SLS Dubai aims to offer its guests an unparalleled range of enriching experiences.

With a 75-storey structure that makes it the highest hotel in the region, SLS Dubai offers a panoramic view of the entire city and its landmarks. Guests can access the various facilities by taking the high-speed lift. Depending on the floor, they can access the S Bar, the Privilege lounge and club, the two infinity pools, the EllaMia coffee shop, the 12 Chairs caviar bar and the Ciel Spa. The hotel's DNA is reflected throughout, with a contemporary-inspired décor.  The 254 rooms, 371 residential units and 321 real estate flats cater to local and international guests. 

A culinary concept 

SLS Dubai is also a culinary meeting place for food lovers looking for innovative concepts. The Italian restaurant Fi'lia is the major player in the property's culinary offering, with a team composed exclusively of women. There is also the Carna, the steak-house of chef Dario Cecchini and the S Bar with its two menus, the first more dietetic and the second more gourmet to please as many people as possible. Finally, the caviar bar aims at offering a unique gastronomic experience. 

Important partnerships 

Various companies and personalities, as well as subsidiaries of sbe, have participated in the design and implementation of this new hotel project. The international architecture firm Aedas collaborated in the creation of the project and the designer Paul Bishop designed the hotel's many rooms and the main interior spaces. The two sbe subsidiaries, Dakota Development and the EllaMia coffee brand are also involved in the project.
