The company targets Singapore city centre with two hotel projects.
The group Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas is often associated with hideaways in mountains and islands. Recently, the group has opened the Six Senses Singapore, a property split across two hotels called Six Senses Duxton and Six Senses Maxwell.
Located in Chinatown, the hotels will refer to Singapore’s local culture and history while adding a touch of lightness to these heritage properties. Chinese, Malay and European elements will be integrate the decoration of both buildings.
Due to open in April 2018, Six Senses Duxton will offer 49 guestrooms. Six Senses Maxwell is scheduled to open in July 2018 and will include 138 rooms and suites.
As of January 1, 2017, Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas ranked 609th hotel group worldwide with 11 properties for a total of 1,021 rooms, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
