Senator Hotels & Resorts is set to open the doors of the new Mojácar Playa Aquapark hotel, a property acquired in 2017 and which has been completely renovated.
The Mojácar Playa Aquarpark is the first Senator Hotels & Resorts hotel in the municipality of Mojácar. The chain had planned to open this hotel in 2019, but the pandemic delayed the progress of the work, which was finally completed this year.
Thanks to the extensive renovation work, the property has been transformed from an aparthotel with 131 flats, previously known as Suites Puerto Marina, to a 4-star hotel with a capacity of 190 rooms. It will welcome its first guests on 17 June.
The F&B offer has also been completely redesigned and, in addition to the buffet, restaurant and cafeteria, a pizzeria has been added, making it the first hotel in the Playa range to offer this concept.
Another of the hotel's new features is the creation of a water park with three slides of over 10 metres and a splash zone for the little ones, making the property a fully-fledged leisure destination suitable for all ages. This area will complement the property's existing large outdoor pool.
