Rocco Forte Hotels and the Capri Group have announced an important partnership with the signing of a management agreement for the Palazzo Sirignano in Naples. This collaboration marks the introduction of Rocco Forte Hotels' first property in Naples, Italy, expanding its portfolio.
The luxury 5-star hotel, due to open in 2027, will be located in the Palazzo Caravita di Sirignano, next to the Villa Pignatelli museum. The Rocco Forte Hotels Naples project will comprise 46 suites, complemented by a roof terrace with a panoramic swimming pool. The hotel will also feature two separate restaurants, extensive private gardens, a bar and a spa.
The acquisition of Palazzo Sirignano by the Colella family, known for the Gutteridge and Alcott fashion brands, dates back to 2018. With a rich history dating back to 1535, Palazzo Sirignano has served as a noble residence for illustrious families such as the Bourbons and the Princes of Sirignano.
The restoration of Palazzo Sirignano was entrusted to architect Michele Bönan, renowned for his work in the field of architecture and interior design, particularly for prestigious hotel and residential projects.
