Savoy Signature introduces 'The Reserve', a luxury addition nestled within the opulent Savoy Palace in Madeira, Portugal. The soft opening is scheduled for 1 December, with the grand opening planned for 15 January 2024.
The Reserve has 40 rooms. Suites feature a private pool and terrace, while deluxe rooms offer a retreat overlooking the bay of Funchal.
The Reserve introduces the concept of the Guest Experience Personal Assistant (GEPA). Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the GEPA is the exclusive point of contact for all guest needs, expertly coordinating the various hotel services and interactions with external partners to ensure an exceptional and seamless stay.
Even before arriving on the island, guests are introduced to their GEPA via email and WhatsApp, ensuring a personalised experience. The GEPA meticulously plans each guest's stay according to their wishes and needs.
