Radisson Hotel Group is entering the serviced flat market in Switzerland with the opening of the Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich in May 2023.

The Radisson Hotel & Suites Zurich is located in the new Opfikon district, Glattpark, which has sprung up in recent years. The area is centrally located between Zurich city centre and the airport.

The property offers 104 hotel rooms and 343 fully furnished and equipped service flats from 21 to 49 m². Guests also have access to a fitness area, the Luigia restaurant, which offers Italian cuisine, as well as a bar and a roof terrace.

The property is owned by a W5 Group company and will be operated by Cycas Hospitality from May 2023. After the Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South, Radisson Hotel Group and Cycas are extending their partnership with a second project.
