Radisson Hotel Group, in collaboration with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and AXA IM Alts, will introduce a new Radisson Blu hotel in the Triangle project, a fast-growing mixed-use destination in the heart of Paris. This strategic addition extends the group's presence in France to 23 hotels at various stages of operation and development, six of which are located in the city of Paris.
The Radisson Blu hotel, integrated into the Tour Triangle, Porte de Versailles, is a central element of the Triangle project, which will open its doors in 2026. Designed by architects Herzog & de Meuron, this innovative complex actively contributes to Paris' environmental objectives, highlighting its commitment to low energy consumption and the promotion of eco-responsible transport solutions.
With 128 rooms spread over six floors, the Radisson Blu will offer a diverse range of accommodation, from standard rooms to junior suites with balconies offering panoramic views over Paris. The interior spaces will be designed by the architectural duo Dion & Arles.
In addition to accommodation, the Tour Triangle will house a variety of facilities, including offices, retail space, a cultural centre, a crèche, a health centre, workspaces, panoramic lifts, a restaurant and an observatory offering views over the city. By focusing on the B2B environment, the Radisson Blu Triangle project aims to redefine what is on offer in the heart of the French capital by providing a neutral setting conducive to business activities. The hotel will also offer a multi-purpose space for meetings and a fitness centre.
"The arrival of a player such as the Radisson Hotel Group, more than 2 years before the opening of The Triangle, is a strong signal that demonstrates the attractiveness of this iconic project, which will offer an unrivaled experience for tourists and Parisians. The Triangle will contribute to Paris’ influence, accompany its economic development, and participate to its environmental transition thanks to its energy efficiency." - Vincent Jean-Pierre, Managing Director, Offices France and Mixed-Use Projects Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield
"The arrival of Radisson Hotel Group comes at a key moment for the project, and reaffirms this development as an unmissable Parisian address. Radisson Blu will play a special role for Triangle users and will help the site’s occupiers and visitors to more intensely experience all the diversity that makes up Paris. These guests, alongside the future occupiers of the offices, will benefit from exceptional, interconnected spaces, offering a continuum of rich unprecedented experiences in Europe.”- Germain Aunidas, Global Head of Development, AXA IM Alts
"We are grateful to strengthen our collaboration with URW and AXA IM Alts by introducing a flagship Radisson Blu hotel in the heart of Paris. We welcome the city's most iconic mixed-use development and architectural masterpiece to our family. With Radisson Blu being part of The Triangle, we continue our journey of redefining our European skyline as well as creating successful opportunities to our owners and exciting possibilities for our guests”. - Elie Younes, Executive Vice President and Global Chief Development Officer at Radisson Hotel Group
