Radisson Blu to arrive in the Maldives

The first Radisson Blu in the Maldives has been announced following a management agreement.

The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, owned by HNA Hospitality Group, has signed a management agreement with Chang Hua Holdings to open the first Radisson Blu in the Maldives.

Located in the southern area of the Alifu Dhaalu Atoll, the new hotel will have 128 villas and will offer views of the Indian Ocean. The new Radisson Blu Resort Maldives will open in the first quarter of 2019.

As of January 1, 2017, HNA Hospitality Group ranked 11th worldwide hotel group with 1,181 establishments totaling over 188,000 rooms, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
