Premier Inn Deutschland is continuing its expansion strategy with the opening of three new hotels in just one week. Premier Inn Lindau, the hotel company's first property on Lake Constance, opened on 31 January, followed by two other hotels in Munich and Cologne.
Located close to Lake Constance, the Premier Inn Lindau offers 115 rooms, including six adapted for disabled guests and three for guests with reduced mobility. There are also 13 Premier Plus rooms, each measuring 40 square metres and offering a range of facilities.
The Premier Inn Munich City Ost, which opened on Friday 2 February, is the chain's sixth establishment in the Bavarian capital. Located near the New Munich Trade Fair Centre, the hotel offers a total of 167 rooms, including 74 doubles, 37 twins, 32 triples, 16 quadruples, two rooms with disabled access and seven Premier Plus rooms, one of which is also accessible. The hotel also offers five conference rooms.
The Premier Inn Cologne City Mediapark, which officially opened its doors on Saturday 3 February, is the chain's second property in the city. The establishment offers 190 rooms, including 29 Premier Plus rooms with various extras, spread over six floors of the protected Hansahochhaus building. This skyscraper, built in 1925 in the Expressionist style, rises to 65 metres and is considered to be one of the first skyscrapers in Germany.
