Pierre & Vacances continues to expand its footprint in Spain with the opening of a new 4-star family hotel in Granada. The new property, inaugurated on 5 June, marks the chain's sixth urban hotel in the country and joins the seven resorts already present in Andalusia.
Located in the heart of Granada, the 122-room Hotel Granada features a rooftop swimming pool, solarium and bar/cafeteria for dining. The hotel also offers meeting rooms.
At the same time, Pierre & Vacances has also enhanced its offering in Empuriabrava with the addition of a 50-apartment complex, the company's second in Catalonia.
With these new openings, Pierre & Vacances is strengthening its presence in Spain, bringing the total number of its establishments in the country to 47. This offer is divided between 30 apartment complexes, 14 hotels and 3 resorts, confirming the hotel chain's strategy of continued growth.
‘This new four-star opening, the fifth of the year, represents an important step in the chain's growth strategy, focused on offering high-quality experiences in prime locations.’ - Victor Carramiñana, the company's Director of Expansion and Asset Management
