French operator Pierre & Vacances has inaugurated the Benidorm East, a 4-star hotel in the famous Costa Blanca resort, after a complete renovation.
As a reminder, the property joined the Pierre & Vacances portfolio as part of the agreement concluded at the end of 2021 between the French group and the British investment company Sixth Street. The latter group had acquired five holiday hotel assets that year, including Benidorm.
The Benidorm East is a complex aimed at the family segment and has undergone a complete renovation in recent months. It is located in an area of the eastern part of Benidorm, close to Levante beach. Although the property was reopened last year, it is only this year that it is showing all the new features that the group has brought to it.
The complex now offers various services and facilities, such as an outdoor garden with swimming pool and sun loungers, a bar-restaurant, a children's area, a multi-sports area, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness room.
Pierre & Vacances also has two other apartment complexes in this Alicante city, the Benidorm Horizon, which was completely renovated this year, and the Benidorm Levante. At the same time, the group has inaugurated the Lloret Santa Rosa hotel on the Costa Brava, which is also among the properties acquired by Sixth Street.
