London will see the addition of new hotel The Botree in July 2023, situated at the intersection of the Marylebone and Mayfair neighbourhoods.
The 199-room hotel will be located at 30 Marylebone Lane and include 29 suites, two restaurants, one of which will offer rooftop views over London, a live music club, private screening room and fitness centre.
Rooms have been designed by Amsterdam-based firm Concrete. Each room will include a reception space, separated by sliding panels, which leads to the bedroom and lounge areas.
Contemporary suites, ranging from 31-78 sqm, will include a lounge, balcony, personal bar and integrated cocktail station.
