The group announced the opening of two new hotels in Saudi Arabia – Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments Dammam Industrial City and Park Inn by Radisson Jubail Industrial City.

Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments Dammam Industrial City

Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments Dammam Industrial City is located in the heart of Dammam’s second industrial city and a short drive from the city center, the Saudi Aramco oil refinery and the King Abdul Aziz Sea Port. It has 201 rooms and suites and 104 serviced apartments that are expected to open later this summer.

Other facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, a wellness center, the Italian restaurant Bocca Buona and the Modon Café.

The meeting and events spaces have two meeting rooms, six workshop rooms and a 412 sq.m ballroom for hosting banquets, weddings and gala dinners.

Park Inn by Radisson Jubail Industrial City

Park Inn by Radisson Jubail Industrial City is located in Jubail, the largest industrial city in the Middle East. The hotel is located in a residential area close to the offices and a few minutes from the Fanateer District.

The 161-room hotel has a range of rooms and suites. Guests have a choice of standard or superior rooms and executive suites with their own interior design.

The facilities also include an outdoor swimming pool, a wellness center and the gourmet restaurant RBG.

The meeting and events space includes four meeting rooms for up to 120 guests.

Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Apartments Dammam Industrial City and Park Inn by Radisson Jubail Industrial City will be operated by The Rezidor Hotel Group.

The hotel group claims 18 hotels and over 3,000 rooms in operation in Saudi Arabia.

As of January 1, 2017, Carlson Rezidor / HNA had 1,181 properties, representing a capacity of 188,013 rooms, according to data published by Hospitality ON.
