The Park Hyatt London River Thames has officially opened, marking the brand's first property in the United Kingdom. It is the result of a management agreement between Hyatt Hotels Corporation and R&F UK.

Located in the Nine Elms district, near Battersea Power Station, the hotel offers views of the London skyline. This establishment is an integral part of the One Nine Elms project, which represents an ambitious mixed-use development in the area. The project aims to transform the urban space into a dynamic complex that combines residential, commercial, and hospitality elements, thereby enhancing London's appeal.

Mr. Guan Zhixiong, Director and Spokesperson for R&F ONE (UK) LIMITED, emphasizes that this project brings together experts from various fields, including KPF for architecture, Multiplex for construction, Super Potato for interior design, and Hyatt for hospitality. This development is also seen as a model for urban regeneration, providing residents of One Nine Elms with a luxury experience while revitalizing the local community and generating economic and social benefits.

The hotel features 203 rooms and showcases contemporary design inspired by classic English style, enhanced by artworks from renowned artists, including Charlie Whinney. Dining options include the Nine Elms Kitchen & Terrace, which highlights seasonal ingredients, and the Nine Elms Bar & Lounge for cocktails. Additionally, it boasts a wellness area that includes a spa and an indoor pool, as well as 1,333 square meters of meeting space, including a grand ballroom that can accommodate up to 830 people.
