
A new vibrant destination to open in spring 2022 in South Kensington with 200 flats.
The customers didn’t feel that they were locals and living experiences in the traditional hotel offering. Said Naomi Heaton, CEO and co-founder at The Other House while sharing about the genesis of The Other House.
A concept designed and thought to answer all the customers' needs that popped up following the Covid 19 crisis and the different lockdowns endured by the populations. A design to make you feel at home, 24/7 services and a lot of possibilities. There were the mantras of the founders when they designed The Other House. A place where you can stay for a night, a week, a month or a year depending on your needs and expectations. The best of hotels, services apartments and residential was added to create a concept that reflects the current consumer trends.
The Other Monkey, a bar welcoming mixologists, The Other Kitchen for food and beverage offer and other amenities such as fitness area and wellness offering. The F&B offer will address the local residents as well as the customers. The Other Kitchen has been designed as a pop-up store offering dishes designed with guests chefs for a constant innovation in food offering. The location will gather 20 people maximum at the same time.

The value of customer relationship is captured in the properties'app that will be the link between The Other House and its guests. They will be informed of any new offering and will have the possibility to interact with employees for a service as seamless as possible.
The Other House has been designed around 4 pillars:

- Sustainability: printed in all the actions developed by the group from works to F&B without forgetting employees

The Dutch investor APG has decided to support the development of The Other House. After the two openings in London scheduled in 2022 et 2024, Naomi Heaton is willing to settle the concept in Manhattan and destination such as Germany, Italy, Barcelona, South-East Asia or Middle East. The aim is to have 15 to 20 houses open by 10 years.
