NUMA Group, announced its expansion into Denmark with the launch of a new property in Copenhagen.
Partnering with Invesco Real Estate, NUMA introduces 36 newly built units in the Nørrebro neighborhood. The building will be situated in Copenhagen, and will be close to Nørrebro Station, accessing Copenhagen's main metro, S-Bahn, and bus lines.
The NUMA property offers individually furnished flats, balconies, and a roof terrace. Concerning the amenities, with the WiFi equipment, NUMA Boutique Apartments cater to both short-term stays and longer-term accommodations, including remote working needs.
Managed by NUMA under a green lease, the property embraces innovative technology solutions, while the property aims for DGNB Gold certification. About the opening, this is slated for the first quarter of 2024.

The property's brokerage was facilitated by Nordic Hotel Consulting (NHC) and RUBIK Properties, serving as local advisors and partners of Invesco Real Estate.
