The Numa Group is growing in the Iberian market after signing four new boutique hotels, two in Barcelona, one in Seville and a fourth in Portugal, specifically in Lisbon.
To carry out this development, Numa has collaborated with new real estate partners with owner and developer profiles for the implementation of these new buildings in these strategic cities for the group.
The new properties in Barcelona are Apartamentos Numa Brio, a 12-room boutique hotel located on the Paseo de Gracia in the Catalan capital, and Apartamentos Numa Colmena, with 12 flats located in the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district.
In Seville, the German company will add the Apartamentos Numa Alegre, nine recently renovated flats in a 19th century building with an Andalusian courtyard. The building is located in the centre, right next to La Giralda and Seville Cathedral.
In Lisbon, the group has signed a new property, bringing the total number of rooms in the Portuguese capital to over 140. The property, located in Passos Manuel Street, will have 74 keys and will be operated as a flat hotel.
For Grupo Numa, consolidating our presence in the Iberian Peninsula means taking a further step in our expansion in this strategic market, both for our clients and for our investors and real estate partners. We already have several properties in operation in Madrid, Barcelona and Seville and we continue to make progress with a very solid pipeline of projects signed and under negotiation in Malaga, Valencia, Lisbon and Porto.
Daniel Martí Hedström, Numa Iberia's Director of Development
The announcement comes shortly after the group revealed plans to enter the Swiss markets, strengthening its footprint across Europe.
