In a few months, the city's upscale residential area, known for its restaurants, stores and beaches, will welcome a new hotel: the Vida Dubaï Marina
Dubaï Marina is one of the most desirable areas of the city as it is home to 3 kilometers of coastline and white sand, numerous bars and restaurants, as well as shopping of all kinds and for all budgets. The hotel will be part of the Vida Hotels and Resorts brand of Emaar Hospitality Group. Emaar Hospitality Group consists of several brands such as Address Hotels + Resorts, Vida Hotels and Resorts, Al Alamein Hotel, Ease By Emaar and Emaar Leisure Group.
The hotel will be located near the Dubaï Marina Mall and Palm Jumeirah (the iconic tree-shaped artificial island). It will include a 158-room upscale hotel and 362 luxury residences. Future residents will be able to choose from a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom beachfront apartments. They will have several swimming pools and a well-equipped gym at their disposal. Inside, the modern architecture and contemporary design will be inspired by the nautical theme. The facility will offer a breathtaking view of the Dubaï Marina.
The key players behind the long-awaited project are: developer Emaar Properties, architects Killa Design and GAJ, interior designer LW and entrepreneur Shapoorji Pallonji. Vida Dubaï Marina is expected to welcome its first guests in December 2021.
